Your insurance company shall make its offer for the total loss no later than the 25th calendar day following the notice of loss, if you have provided all information that has been requested by the insurer that is necessary to value the claim. If you have NOT provided such information by the 25th calendar day following the notice of loss, the insurer shall make its offer no later than the fifth business day following receipt of such information.”
